It depends on the plan: Conservative Plan offers fixed, guaranteed returns with a buyback after 10 years, while Long-Term Plan returns are variable and depend on project performance.
The minimum investment for both Conservative and Long-Term Plans is €200. There is no fixed maximum, so you can invest according to your preference and capacity.
The ~10% annual yield in the Conservative Plan is based on the projected energy production and fixed revenue from the solar installation, calculated to provide steady, predictable returns over 10 years.
The solar farm is located in Serbia (less than 1 hour drive range from Novi Sad and Belgrade), combining optimal sunlight conditions with accessible infrastructure for efficient energy production.
If production falls below projections, returns in the Long-Term Plan may be reduced. The Conservative Plan is protected with a fixed, guaranteed yield.

The solar farm is legally owned by the Serbian company (SolarPlusGarden DOO), which is 100% owned by the Estonian company (SolarPlusGarden OÜ). Investors hold rights and receive returns through their shareholding in the Estonian company.
